🚨 Contractor Resource Manager

Are you highly organised with a talent for managing people and processes? We're looking for a Contractor Resource Manager to take charge of end-to-end contractor lifecycle management and ensure smooth delivery of projects across the business.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead sourcing, attraction, and recruitment of temporary staff
* Oversee onboarding and induction of new contractors
* Maintain contractor files and competency registers
* Plan and allocate resources for project delivery alongside the operations team
* Monitor workforce capacity to ensure successful project outcomes
* Support the upkeep of an audit-compliant Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Handle key admin tasks including client reporting, timesheet submissions, training coordination, and more
* Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication
* Support the Associate Director with people management duties
🛡️ Safety Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain safe working practices in line with legal and company standards
* Adhere to working time regulations and policies around drug and alcohol use
* Brief team members on safe systems of work and complete documentation as required
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Full UK driving licence (clean)
* 5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Lists)
* Proven office management and business process experience
Preferred:
* Recruitment background
* Experience in railway/highways/rope access sectors
* Understanding of IR35 regulations
