As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who is passionate, energetic, and eager to develop a career in sales and account management within the food industry.

The Role
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will:
* Assist the sales team with day-to-day account management across wholesale, independent retail, supermarkets, and international partners
* Manage sample requests, admin tasks, and customer queries with a focus on excellent service
* Support new business development through outbound emails, phone calls, and lead follow-ups
* Help organise and represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
* Conduct research into market opportunities and provide insights to support business growth
* Keep the in-house CRM updated daily with accurate records
* Report directly to the Managing Director
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced: 1–2 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (preferably in food & drink)
* Proactive: a self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to hit targets
* Personable: a strong communicator with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner
* Customer-focused: able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Tech & Social-savvy: confident using CRM systems, and with an interest in social media for business
* Team-oriented: positive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow with the company
Requirements
* Based in or able to relocate/commute reliably to Rossendale (required)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Passion for the food/confectionery industry
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
