Foreman/Manager required for immediate start in Batley/WF17 - approx. 12-18 months work. Scope of works is new-build social housing, approx. 20 plots - groundworks to build. Work is ongoing and you will be working alongside an existing site manager who needs to leave the project at some point for personal reasons. Supervisors, Foremen and Managers will all be considered for the position, provided you are happy to get stuck in and help to push the job forwards. The ideal candidate will have worked for smaller housing contractors, as apposed to national house-bashers. Applicants must have previous housing/social housing experience, ideally at both groundworks and build stages.
