Company Background
Everun currently provides a range of services to the wind energy sector including turbine monitoring, maintenance and servicing, asset and financial management services and bespoke software monitoring tools developed in-house via a sister company.
We are now seeking an Office Co-ordinator to support the teams working within our head office.
It is envisaged that the role will be 25 hours per week, and the salary stated reflects these hours. We are happy to discuss a working pattern within core office hours that suits the successful candidate.
The Role
Due to the nature of this role it is required to be fully office based.
● First point of contact for all new and existing customers via phone, email and website contacts
● Maintain stock of key office supplies including stationery, tea and coffee supplies
● Booking transport and accommodation for staff and management
● Organising staff social events eg Christmas party, supporting charity events
● Assist with onboarding processes for new staff
● Supporting HR, Health & Safety & IMS teams with planning and booking of training courses
● Assisting with meeting preparation and note taking as required
● Providing general administrative support to various departments as required
The Person
The successful individual will have
● Minimum of 12 months experience in an admin or similar role
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Good time management skills
● Excellent attention to detail
● Proficient in use of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook & Excel
● Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently
