Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a HR Administrator to join their team. As the HR Administrator your main role will be to provide support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR operations. Key duties will include: Provide hands-on HR admin support across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general day-to-day processes. Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, including pre-employment checks, inductions, and policy briefings. Ensure all employee records, licences, and certifications are kept fully up to date and audit-ready. Track and monitor key compliance areas such as DBS, Right to Work, and sector-specific training. Support recruitment efforts, particularly for operational roles, ensuring all paperwork and eligibility checks are in place. Draft clear and consistent documentation including contracts, policy letters, and formal HR communications. Assist with training coordination, keeping records of completed sessions and upcoming renewal dates. Help maintain a safe working environment by supporting health & safety admin, audits, and equipment checks. Provide admin support during performance or conduct matters, ensuring processes are followed accurately. Maintain accurate HR reports and data dashboards to support decision-making and identify any trends. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast paced friendly team.
