Sheffield Girls’ is looking to appoint an experienced HR Officer to deliver a high quality, efficient and professional HR service to our school community. Sheffield Girls’ is part of a cluster group of four schools within the GDST. In this role you will collaborate regularly with HR colleagues across the cluster, alongside the HR Manager (Cluster) and the GDST HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle with strong emphasis on recruitment, payroll, employee records and the accurate upkeep of the Single Central Register (SCR), to ensure ISI compliance. You will also act as a key point of contact for staff, managers and members of the Senior Leadership Team. We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters and the confidence to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed at all levels. Experience in a busy HR role is essential, ideally within an education setting. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, or equivalent HR experience at this level.
