The Role
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion
*
Deliver exceptional customer service in line with a 5-star builder standard
*
Conduct property viewings and showcase homes effectively
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and solicitors
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems
*
Ensure the sales office and show homes are always presented to an impeccable standard
*
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
*
Provide market intelligence, including competitor activity and buyer feedback
*
Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financial referrals where appropriate
*
Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
About You
*
Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is highly desirable
*
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

IT proficient, including CRM systems

Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays
