Role: Graduate Inside Sales Executive
Location: Preston PR1
Hours: Mon – Fri 8am to 5 pm, 1 hour lunch
Salary: £26,208 - £28,000 per annum, dependant on experience PLUS Bonus Scheme

You'll be at the forefront of building a strong sales pipeline, uncovering immediate revenue opportunities. Recycling Lives Services provide services for WEEE, Batteries and Packaging compliance as well as total waste management services. We provide UK wide coverage and by working closely with Recycling Lives Charity we deliver positive outcomes for people and planet in all we do. We deliver services that change lives. Key responsibilities:
* Execute high‑volume outbound activity
* Proactively reach out to lapsed and dormant accounts to rebuild trust and secure renewed business.
* Own the process end‑to‑end - from first contact through to close.
* Spot and close quick‑win opportunities where we can add value immediately.
* Follow up on inbound interest and warm opportunities to accelerate the close.
* Collaborate with the service delivery teams to ensure promises are kept and clients feel confident returning.
* Keep a disciplined and accurate record of all activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
* Hit and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets with a clear focus on speed to close.
Who you are:
* You're a recent graduate (any discipline) with the ambition to build a successful career
* No sales experience? No problem – we'll train you. What matters is your attitude.
* Confident in speaking to people on the phone and by email; you enjoy starting conversations and building rapport.
* Naturally curious, you ask great questions and genuinely want to help customers solve problems.
* Highly organised and able to juggle multiple opportunities at once.
* Comfortable working at a fast pace and motivated by clear targets and rewards.
* Eager to learn - we will provide training and support to help you succeed
* Proactive and fearless in picking up the phone or walking clients through a proposal.
