We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Head of Recruitment
to lead and manage our talent acquisition efforts across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, building a high-performing recruitment team, and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our business goals.
* Develop and implement a scalable recruitment strategy aligned with company objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruitment coordinators.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level and critical roles.
* Build and maintain a strong employer brand through innovative sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
* Collaborate with leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
* Define and track key hiring metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimize performance.
* Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all hiring practices.
* Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and third-party vendors.
* Oversee the implementation and optimization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
* Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
* Proven track record of designing and executing high-volume and executive-level recruitment strategies.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday), and sourcing techniques.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decisions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
