Description
We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager to lead our Business & Industry catering operation for Mercedes‑Benz, delivering a premium food and hospitality experience that reflects the prestige and innovation of one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands. This is a standout opportunity for a commercially astute and client‑focused leader to take ownership of a high‑profile corporate account, driving operational excellence, financial performance and service innovation. You will act as the key strategic partner to the client, ensuring that every aspect of the catering offer aligns with brand expectations and enhances the workplace experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
* Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
* Continually develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition and empowerment
* Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
* Achieve business‑critical KPIs including Health & Safety, Sustainability, Financial and operational goals
Qualifications
* Previous experience within the large corporate contract catering sector
* Minimum of general management experience looking to move upwards
* Contagious passion for food and customer service
* Ability to manage, train and support a team
* Financially astute, analytical and skilled in creating and maintaining budgets and driving commercial performance
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑faced creative environment and work well under pressure
* Meticulous organisational abilities; high attention to detail
* Concise and effective verbal and written communication
* Adaptable to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective
* Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
