Whether your expertise lies in advisory work, litigation, or key account management, there are opportunities available to align with your experience and career aspirations.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><ul><li>Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience</li><li>Location: Nottingham, hybrid working with offices in Nottingham</li><li>Working Pattern: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote, with flexible working arrangements available</li><li>Benefits: 25 days plus bank holidays, pension, performance related bonus, hybrid and flexible working options, growth opportunities.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters.</li><li>Manage a varied caseload within either advisory, litigation, or key account-focused teams.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially focused legal advice.</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues across legal and wider business teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through cross-referral and additional services where appropriate.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment law.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge across contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters.</li><li>Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Positive, proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering high standards of service.</li></ul><p><b>Roberts Webb Recruitment are acting as an agency on behalf of this company and role</b></p></div>
