We are looking for driven and passionate individuals who would like to get into the automotive sales trade, who have the ability to up-sell and have a flair for giving amazing customer service.

Following recent private equity investment, we’re looking to expand our hugely successful Sales Team to ensure we provide the most amazing customer experience for the high volume of customers who visit our showroom every day.

Joining the Big Motoring World team as a Sales Executive, you will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE! With a competitive basic salary and an achievable first year OTE of up to £50,000, this is a great opportunity.

Who We're Looking For

Do you have the drive and passion for sales and up-selling? Has a career in the automotive trade always appealed to you?

If you have the ability to up-sell, a passion for cars and a flair for customer service, you could become a fantastic Sales Executive with Big Motoring World.

To be successful in this role, you will love working in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment and have the drive to meet sales targets. To be considered for the role, you must have:

1. Proven experience working in a sales role.
2. Possess a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling prestige used vehicles. Working with multiple brands from BMW to Mercedes-Benz, you will be expected to provide an exceptional customer experience.

In addition to selling the best priced vehicles in the UK, you will also be responsible for upselling multiple, market-leading, protection products, to ensure the best possible outcome for the customer and the business.

Key Skills and Attributes:

1. Experience working within the automotive sector.
2. Proven track record of upselling.
3. Comfortable handling customer objections.
4. Professional attitude & appearance.
5. Ability to follow a proven sales process.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Multi-tasking mindset.
8. Capable of thinking long-term.
9. Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with a high level of English proficiency.
10. A natural influencer – capable of working with others to achieve change.
11. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
