Customer Quality Manager Location: Dungannon Area Our busy Manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Quality Manager to join their Quality Team. This role will lead customer-focused quality activities, ensuring robust processes, effective complaint resolution, and continuous improvement to maintain world-class product standards. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat concerns. Key Responsibilities Manage customer complaints, investigations, and resolution processes Act as the main quality contact for customers and attend review meetings Work with Customer Services and production teams to resolve quality issues Monitor trends in customer feedback and quality metrics Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer-related issues Support implementation of quality standards across products Skills & Experience Strong technical knowledge within a manufacturing environment Experience handling customer quality issues and building relationships Ability to analyse data and identify trends (strong Excel skills essential) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise workload Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
