Description
We have a brand new role supporting our national retail division. You will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties supporting our Stores teams. You will play a vital part within the team, which will support our wider People Plan.
You will have ownership of the employee lifecycle, including adding new starters to the HR system, processing job changes and leavers, and ensuring all relevant documentation is checked, saved, and sent.
Proactively managing HR queries across all communication channels and working with managers on escalations.
You will work closely with regional HR Advisors on processes such as AWOL, return to work, probations, and Right To Work.
You will support the wider HR team with tasks like new starter checks, Maternity, Paternity & Parental requests, HR stats, and meetings.
The Team
Our HR team is fairly new with big plans, and you will play a key role. The team includes HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and HR Admins supporting Head Office, Distribution Centre, and Retail. We focus on our people and aim to foster a people-centred, team-oriented culture where everyone feels valued.

About You
Ideally, you are currently a HR Administrator in retail or hospitality, seeking to expand your experience. You should build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and provide constructive feedback. Good judgment, objectivity, and pragmatism are essential. Confidence with IT and Microsoft Office will help you communicate effectively and deliver projects.
