Senior Power Platform Developer

Nigel Frank is proud to be partnered with a leading global consultancy as they continue to grow their Microsoft Business Applications practice. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join their high-performing delivery team and play a key role in building enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions for major clients.
This is an opportunity to work on large, complex programmes that push innovation across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 - while collaborating with some of the most talented Microsoft professionals in the industry.
The Role
As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you'll help design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across the full Microsoft Power Platform and supporting Azure ecosystem. You'll work closely with architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to deliver modern applications that transform business processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and developing Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and custom logic using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript
* Building reusable components such as PCF controls
* Working with data sources including Dataverse, SQL, and Azure services
* Supporting solution design, technical documentation, and best practice implementation
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions
* Helping drive adoption of ALM practices, DevOps pipelines and governance frameworks
* Providing guidance and mentoring to junior developers within the team

What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience delivering end-to-end Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments
* Excellent understanding of Dataverse architecture, plugin development, and customisation
* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
* Experience working within a consultancy or client-facing environment (preferred)
* A passion for quality, performance, and clean, maintainable code
