Administration Support Officer urgently required to join the Information Governance and Compliance Team working with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service based in Knockbracken Healthcare Park. Initially this position will be for 6 months on a temporary basis with possibility of an extension based on job performance. The hourly rate is £12.31 and the hours will be full-time working Monday to Friday 9am 5pm. The main duties will include providing administrative support for the Information Governance and Compliance Team, responding to telephone and email enquiries from solicitors, police and other parties regarding information requests, assisting with the development and distribution of Trust wide surveys to support Trust engagement for Information Governance team, and attending meetings and taking minutes.
