Warranty Administrator – Boucher Road, Belfast
Salary: Competitive Basic plus bonus available
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00–5:30pm
What The Job Actually Involves
* Reviewing job cards and repair orders for warranty work
* Preparing and submitting warranty and goodwill claims
* Making sure all paperwork and documentation is accurate
* Monitoring warranty reports and managing rejected claims
* Processing warranty payments, credits and reconciliations
* Returning warranty parts to manufacturers where required
* Working with service advisors, technicians and manufacturers to keep the process running smoothly
* Keeping accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met

* Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
* Professional, friendly and easy to work with
* Self‑motivated and reliable
* Administration or automotive experience would be helpful but not essential
