JobMatcha are looking for a dedicated Site Manager – Building & Refurbishment with solid experience in managing building projects, who can take ownership of multiple jobs across Kent and occasionally beyond. You'll be working closely with the company director, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out regular site inspections and overseeing day-to-day site activities * Ensuring all works are carried out safely, in line with H&S regulations (SMSTS or SSSTS required) * Managing subcontractors and coordinating their schedules * Ordering materials, tracking deliveries and managing stock * Monitoring progress against programme and budgets * Preparing reports and applying for project variations when necessary * Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle * Identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently * Maintaining clear and accurate documentation across all projects.
