Description
* Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
* Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
* Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees.
* Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
* Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
Profile
A successful Part Time HR Administrator should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
