The team comprises 16 lawyers working with a diverse range of clients, focusing on workforce and pay compliance, workforce change, HR and ER advisory work, and global projects. The ideal candidate is a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to work in innovative ways.
What will you be doing?
* Reviewing documents, liaising with signees, preparing Certificates of Sponsorships.
* Assisting with producing high-quality legal advice and reports.
* Supervising and coaching junior staff.
* Providing technical employment law knowledge of England and Wales.
* Promoting the team's work through events, presentations, and publications.
What will you need to do it?
* Previous experience as an Employment Lawyer.
* Strong project management skills.
* High-level employment law knowledge of England and Wales.
* Experience with contracts, policies, due diligence, and transactional support.
* Client relationship and business development skills.
* Commercial mindset and a focus on delivering excellent client service.
