HR Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Rochdale
Start Date: Immediate start. Contact and could become permanent for the right candidate.
Pay: 110 - 140 per day (depending on experience)
A supportive, popular, and welcoming secondary school in Rochdale is seeking an experienced Administrator with a HR background to join their busy admin team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and previous HR experience, ideally within the education sector or a school environment.
The Role
* Providing HR administrative support to the school's leadership and admin team
* Maintaining staff records and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and HR procedures
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including onboarding and vetting checks
* Supporting day-to-day administrative duties within the school office
Working Pattern
* 2-3 days per week
* 8:00am - 4:00pm
* Flexible on which days are worked
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous HR experience (ideally within education or a school setting)
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* A good understanding of safeguarding and compliance processes
* The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Two professional references
