You'll work within a POD-structured team aligned to clear streams of work, owning the full lifecycle from initial design and deep analysis through implementation and testing, while also mentoring and developing more junior developers. Banking or Loan IQ experience is a plus (not a must), with nice-to-have exposure to MongoDB, Oracle, Tableau, Wholesale Lending, or XQuery - but above all, we value curiosity, learning mindset, and strong problem-solving skills over specific tech stacks. To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Software engineering background with experience in Java and/or XQuery. Strong problem solving capability with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, design effective solutions, and constructively challenge requirements or proposed approaches to drive continuous improvement.
