Outline of role:
With assistance from the Project Manager, ensure that, from concept to completion, the pre-development and construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the Sigma PRIDE values are followed
Ability to deliver through a team making sure they are driving for the best results
Providing leadership for site staff
For the adherence to the plan, specification and programme of works
Review and Implement RAMS
Prepare progress reports, monitor programmes and sign off quality documents
Sign Employees timesheets and subcontractors onsite to ensure effective cost tracing
Ensure that induction is rigorously carried out and records completed
Identify causes of nonconformance on site, instigate action to control and prevent re-occurrence
Liaise on a dayto-day basis with client and / or their representatives to resolve immediate issues, ensuring their needs are achieved and maintaining a professional approach
To check maintain and ensure good standards of work and with clean working areas throughout site.
Any variations or extra works are recorded in detail and discussed with PM and QS
Qualifications:
Full UK Clean Driving Licence
SMSTS
3 Day First Aid Course
UKATA Asbestos Awareness
Fire Marshall
CSCS Black Card
NVQ Level 5/6
