We’re recruiting a Freight Sales Executive to join a well‑established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo, and global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop key customer relationships
* Identify and win new business opportunities
* Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo and OOG shipments
* Work closely with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
* Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
* Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycle
* This is a commercial, client‑facing role where your industry knowledge will directly impact revenue growth.
What we’re looking for
* Strong background in sales and account management
* Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
* Solid understanding of import/export and shipping processes
* Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
* Commercially driven with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
