Site Manager (Contract) : GBP10M New Build Scheme
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a GBP10m new:build project in South East London. This role will be working with a Tier 2 main contractor overseeing both external façade/groundwork/frame packages as well as internal fit out.

Responsibilities
* Oversee all on-site operations for the demolition and enabling works project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
* Manage and coordinate all site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Enforce strict health and safety procedures on site, ensuring compliance and paperwork.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality control.
* Manage site logistics, including plant and material deliveries, waste management, and site security.
* Liaise effectively with the client, project managers, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident logs.
Qualifications
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certification.
* Minimum 5 years experience working as a Site Manager for main contractors.
* Previously worked on new build projects up to GBP10m in value.
