Responsibilities:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our team, gaining valuable experience and building the foundation for a successful career in recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:
7. Cold-Calling and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with potential candidates and clients to develop lasting professional relationships.
8. Shadowing the Senior Recruiter: Learn from experienced colleagues and gain insights into the recruitment process.
9. Administrative Tasks: Support the team with essential administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

11. Sales Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and manage a high volume of telephone calls.
