Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to consistently meet and surpass targets
* Customer service and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
* Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple clients and priorities
* A professional approach with a focus on delivering excellent experiences to customers
* Knowledge of holiday homes and leisure industries is a plus but not essential
* Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Experience in a sales or customer-focused role preferred, with a proven track record of success
