Purpose of the Role
To lead and deliver a comprehensive HR function across a growing, multi-site organisation. The HR Manager will ensure consistent policies, practices, and culture across all locations, supporting both strategic objectives and day-to-day people management. This role combines operational delivery with strategic oversight, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and harmony across sites.
Key Responsibilities
People Management & Employee Relations
* Act as the primary HR contact for all employees, supporting managers with advice, guidance, and practical solutions.
* Lead on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence management.
* Champion engagement, wellbeing, and a positive working culture across all sites.
Systems, Policies & Compliance
* Develop, implement, and maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures that ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Oversee the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analysis.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law and maintain awareness of international HR considerations.
