The Role
As Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery while driving efficiency across the business. Responsibilities include:
* Managing customer enquiries, issues and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinating collections and deliveries with customers and logistics companies.
* Reviewing current customer service processes and identifying potential improvements.
