Hays HR are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our client based in Bradford on an ongoing temporary basis, delivering high-quality human resources services.Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver operational HR and payroll support across the employee lifecycle, ensuringpliance and a positive staff experience.
2. Support recruitment, induction, and appraisal processes.
3. Act as HR contact for multiple sites, providing guidance and solutions.
4. Oversee absence management procedures.
5. Support casework, training, and appraisal administration in line withpany policies.
6. Prepare HR reports and statistics, and contribute to HR projects.
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience in HR operations, ideally within education or public sector settings.
8. Strong understanding of employment legislation.
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
10. Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
