Due to business growth plans and internal promotion, they are looking to expand their Nottingham-based sales team through recruiting a Business Development Executive.
The successful candidate will have experience in a sales-based position, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders at C-Suite and Head-of level, and hold long term career aims. There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£30k with a £45k OTE, alongside some excellent benefits such as free gym membership, Christmas office closure and a relaxed office environment with a PlayStation 5!

Roles & Responsibilities
* Engage with incoming leads to identify and secure promising sales opportunities
* Build and maintain a list of potential customers to identify and qualify leads effectively
* Use a mix of outbound strategies, including calls, emails and social platforms, to set up sales discussions
* Maintain and develop a pipeline of interested prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities
* Continuously update CRM systems with accurate and relevant data to support future marketing campaigns and enhance prospect insights
* Gain an in-depth understanding of the technology and its benefits for clients
Skills & Experience
* Previous sales experience essential
* Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements
* Previous experience in the healthcare sector advantageous
