Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 14-month residential project near Romsey, Hampshire. The project consists of 4 high-quality new build units (4–5 bedroom houses), and you will be responsible for managing the build from start to finish.
The Role:

Full site management of a small residential development
*
Managing subcontractors and trades on site
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
*
Managing programme, quality, and progress
*
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and the project team
*
Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
*
Valid SMSTS
*
Valid First Aid at Work
*
Valid CSCS
*
Proven experience delivering residential projects
*
Experience taking projects from groundworks through to completion
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
