ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of RC frame and Civil projects, ensuring that programmes run efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing site compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
2. Coordinating labour, plant, and materials to keep operations running smoothly.
3. Monitoring material usage, minimising waste, and maintaining stock levels.
4. Carrying out quality control inspections and implementing company processes.
5. Tracking production costs and approving payments for subcontractors and trades.
6. Leading toolbox talks, safety briefings, and progress meetings.
7. Working closely with engineers, suppliers, and external stakeholders to maintain programme targets.
8. Ensuring the site is always presented to the highest standard.
REQUIREMENTS
9. Strong background managing RC frame and civil engineering schemes, including groundworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete.
10. Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid at Work (Temporary Works Coordinator is an advantage).
11. Proven ability to lead site teams and subcontractors, delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification.
12. In-depth understanding of compliance, health & safety, and quality requirements within civil engineering.
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and project teams.

£60,000 – £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
