Reward Manager, £75,000 - £80,000 Per Annum, Greater Manchester, Hybrid
Macmillan Davies is proud to be partnering with a dynamic technology organisation who are looking for a Reward Manager to join their growing team. This role will function to design and deliver a comprehensive reward strategy that supports business goals and employee value proposition. This opportunity will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting cyclical reward as well as people projects.
Main duties include:
* Leading annual pay and bonus review cycles, providing insight and guidance to senior leaders.
* Developing reward, recognition, benefits, and bonus policies that align with business goals and compliance standards.
* Advising on retention and recognition initiatives, managing related budgets and programmes.
* Driving pay equality through gender pay reporting and audits.
* Evaluating roles and benchmark salaries using the Willis Towers Watson methodology.
* Overseeing employee benefits, supplier relationships, and governance (including pension auto‑enrolment).
* Partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver Long‑Term Incentive Plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven expertise in UK pay regulations and compliance
* Strong experience with Willis Towers Watson global grading methodology
* Experience in reward and benefits supplier management
* Strong analytical and pay modelling skills
* Successful track record in project managing pay and reward initiatives
* Excellent communication skills and with the ability to influence at senior levels
