Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
* Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive new business development and grow existing accounts within the payments industry.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, build strong relationships, and close deals with businesses looking for payment solutions.
* Market research: analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
* Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Contract Negotiation: Work with clients to negotiate pricing and contracts, ensuring both company and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in the payments or fintech industries.
* Proven Track Record: demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment solutions, including online payments, payment gateways, merchant services, and POS systems.
* Location: Must be based in London
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
* Customer-centric: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate complex deals and effectively handle objections.
* CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
