About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and will oversee HR operations across the UK and Ireland. This position ensures that HR policies and procedures support the organization's goals and leadership. The HRBP builds relationships across departments, providing guidance and resources to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Responsibilities
* Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business needs.
* Drive change management and process improvements.
* Analyze HR trends and develop policies and programs.
* Provide coaching on employee relations, talent management, and organizational design.
* Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
* Manage recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Participate in job fairs, networking, and recruitment campaigns.
* Lead HR processes, including performance management, compensation, and benefits.
* Identify and develop high-potential talent.
* Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and Learning & Development teams.
* Perform other HR-related duties as needed.
* Handling employee relations, including managing disciplinary actions, resolving grievances, and addressing workplace concerns.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in recruitment and HR functions.
* Proficiency in job postings, recruitment software (ATS preferred), and Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary of £55,000 - £65,000 (gross), based on experience, along with a discretionary annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
