Our clients Music & Artist Marketing team seeks a highly experienced and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute global campaigns that connect artists and fans authentically and compellingly. Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop, manage, and lead innovative global marketing strategies and campaigns to amplify artist visibility, foster fan engagement, and position for our Music as a key partner within the music industry.
Work closely with internal stakeholders across Partnerships, Creative, PR, Product, and Content to create cohesive artist-centric marketing initiatives.
Brand & Product Storytelling:
Develop narratives that effectively communicate our unique value proposition to artists, fans, and industry partners through campaigns, events, and digital activations.
Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to inform and optimise campaigns, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Oversee marketing budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within allocated resources.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
~8+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or artist/music marketing within the entertainment, music streaming, digital media, or tech industries.
~ Deep understanding of the digital music landscape, streaming platforms, and evolving industry trends.
Exceptional storytelling abilities and experience in building culturally impactful marketing campaigns.
Highly analytical, data-driven mindset with proven ability to translate insights into strategic initiatives.
