We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Business Development Consultancy in Bolton who is working with one of the world's largest certification providers.
This qualification provider specialise in globally recognised qualifications such as ITIL and Prince2 and are seeking Customer Relationship and Sales Executives to assist their students.
This is not a high-pressure sales role but a consultative position, speaking to individuals who have already completed a qualification and advising them on their next career step. With warm leads and inbound inquiries, you'll help customers choose the right course and guide them through their education journey.
About the Relationship Development Executive role:
3. Warm leads only - inbound inquiries and follow-up calls, no cold calling.
4. Supportive, professional environment - advise customers on recognised training and certification.

14. Salary: £24,000 + potential £2,000 bonus (OTE £26,000)
15. Hours: Full-time, with potential shifts (6am-2pm or 10am-6pm)
