PURPOSE OF JOB:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and eager to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
* Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
* Regularly maintain and update the system with accurate candidate information.
* Support the Recruitment Manager and wider team with recruitment campaigns and projects.
* Help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
Educational Qualifications
* GCSE A-C In English & Mathematics - ESSENTIAL
* Bachelor's Degree - DESIRABLE
Experience
* Experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role - DESIRABLE

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills - ESSENTIAL
* Comfortable using Microsoft Suite - ESSENTIAL
