We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient HRIS and Reward Manager to lead our human resources information systems and total rewards programs. This role combines expertise in HR technology systems with comprehensive knowledge of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
What will you be doing?
1. Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of all HR information systems including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management platforms
2. Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations to ensure seamless data flow across HR technology stack
3. Implement, and manage comprehensive total rewards strategy including base pay, variable compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
4. Conduct regular market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
5. Develop key performance indicators and metrics for HR programs effectiveness
6. Create regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation trends, system utilization, and program ROI
What we are looking for?:
7. Experience with HRIS platforms (Sage, HiBob, BambooHR, or similar) and experience with payroll systems integration and benefits administration platforms
8. Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR technology stack
9. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel
10. Thorough understanding of compensation philosophy, job evaluation, and market pricing
11. Experience with salary survey data and benchmarking methodologies
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
13. Strong communication and presentation skills
14. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior stakeholders
