The successful candidate will work closely alongside two existing administrators, each reporting to the Senior HR Officer. You'll be welcomed into a knowledgeable and supportive team where collaboration and wellbeing are valued, and your contributions will make a meaningful impact across the Trust., Day-to-day support for staff, including responding to routine queries via email and telephone

Start date: As soon as possible from September 2025 (subject to pre-employment checks).
Contract type: Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2025, subject to a review of business requirements.
Working Pattern: 52 weeks per year, 22.5 hours per week (core hours 07:30 - 16:00), worked over 3 days per week or flexibly, subject to agreement.
Salary: Scale 4 point 7, namely £15,557 per annum (FTE £25,584), increasing to £16,055 per annum in October 2025 and backdated to 1 September 2025, in line with the 2025 support staff pay award (FTE £26,403)., 23-30 days annual leave increasing with years of service (pro rata for part-time employees)
