Job Title: Property Operations Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Operations Assistant to join our dynamic property management team. With at least 1 year of administrative or estate agent experience, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes, and delivering excellent customer service. This is an ideal role for someone with strong English language skills, a flexible attitude, and access to their own transport.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and directing calls
* Scheduling property viewings, inspections, and appointments for clients and staff
* Preparing, organizing, and filing property-related documents, leases, and contracts
* Interacting with clients, providing exceptional customer service
* Attending client meetings, taking detailed minutes, and typing up meeting notes
* Assisting with property inspections and facilitating viewings as needed
* Managing office supplies and ensuring the upkeep of office equipment
* Supporting the team with general administrative duties
* Assisting with the company's social media presence (optional, but beneficial)
* Ensuring all property management systems and documents are kept up-to-date and organized
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of administrative or estate agent experience
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
* High standard of written and verbal English language skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
* Access to own transport for facilitating property viewings and inspections
* Flexibility with working hours as needed
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Beneficial but not essential:
* Experience with managing or contributing to social media accounts
* Knowledge of property management or real estate marketing

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
