This role is designed for students who are eager to gain practical, hands?on experience within a leading UK developer and contractor, and who want to build a strong foundation for a future career in construction management.
As a Trainee Site Manager, you will work alongside an experienced site team and become involved in the day?to?day operations of live construction projects. Throughout your placement, you will be supported by knowledgeable managers who will guide you through different stages of project delivery, helping you develop technical skills, industry knowledge and real confidence in a site-based environment. This opportunity will allow you to apply your academic learning in a practical setting, gain valuable insight into the construction process and enhance your employability for when you graduate.
