Project: 33no Social Housing project Location: Dungiven area Package around £45 - 50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided. Duties to include: - Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget - Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff - Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies - Health & Safety / Risk assessments - Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping Key skills: - 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects.
