Head of People and CultureThe Head of People and Culture is a pivotal role at Aberdeen Performing Arts, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. This role is responsible for driving high performance through people, a positive, values-led company culture and by equipping their people with the tools to succeed.The Head of People and Culture will provide high level leadership for all aspects of people experience and culture: human resources strategy, policy, planning and management, talent management, performance management, employee relations, health and wellbeing, and ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of everything they do, with the aim of nurturing a harmonious and productive work environment that aligns with the organisations vision and values. The Head of People and Culture reports to the Chief Executive, and is a member of the Leadership Team. The post will work closely with all members of the Leadership team and colleagues across the organisation, and will line manage the People Coordinator.
