Job Description
My client is an industry-leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK. We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join the company and assist in managing a long-term demolition project based in Cambridge.
Rates are negotiable! This position is for an immediate start.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
1. Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
2. Site supervision and compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Maintaining site diaries.
4. Amending and working to RAMS.
5. Ensuring quality assurance.
6. Managing labor and assigning tasks.
7. Providing progress reports.
8. Managing and ordering materials; overseeing site operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
* First aid certification.
* NVQ Level 6 (ideally).
* Highly experienced in demolition projects for specialist contractors.
* 8+ years of management experience.
