What Youll Be Doing Talent Planning & Strategy Identify current and future hiring needs with hiring managers
Analyse turnover and retention data to forecast recruitment needs
Define role criteria and update job descriptions
Attraction & Employer Branding Write engaging job adverts with hiring managers
Advertise roles across careers pages, job boards, and social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
Design and manage employee referral programmes
Represent the company at job fairs
Sourcing & Selection Source candidates through professional networks and online platforms
Screen CVs and manage candidate communications
Conduct interviews (phone, first and second stage)
Organise and run assessment centres (work samples, simulations, psychometric testing)
Evaluate candidates and provide feedback
Reporting & Onboarding Report on recruitment progress to HR and hiring managers
Use Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases effectively
Ensure compliance with labour legislation
Support new hires through onboarding and inductions
What Were Looking For Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong interviewing and assessment experience
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment databases
Good knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
HR-related background (desirable)
