The Role
Kuwait Finance House PLC is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join its People Team in London. This role supports the HR Operations Manager in delivering high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and contributing to strategic HR initiatives.
Job Title: Senior HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line HR support and advice to employees and managers
* Administer employee benefits and support payroll processes
* Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities
* Handle employee relations casework and escalate complex issues
* Lead or contribute to HR projects and process improvements
* Maintain compliance with employment law and regulatory standards
* Champion a culture of fairness, inclusion, and wellbeing
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience
* Proven experience in HR Officer/Advisor role within financial services
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Proficient in HR systems and data handling
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Benefits and/or payroll administration experience
Desirable
* Experience in a regulated environment
* Exposure to strategic HR initiatives and change management
