Our well-established Construction client, require an experienced Site Manager to join the business as they go through a period of considerable growth.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out or new build projects ideally across Fife, Dundee and the Central belt ( depending on your location).
Key skills and experience will include:
Previous Site Management experience of shop fitting/construction sites or new build sites.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating site logistics.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.Your package will include a competitive salary of £45-55k (DOE), company car or allowance and excellent benefits package as well as the opportunity for career progression. The hours will be 8-4pm but flexible for different projects and an early finish on a Friday (normally a 40-hour week).
