Pharmacy Supplies Ltd (PSL), based in Draperstown Co. Derry, is a leading wholesale distributor serving the pharmacy, health, and beauty sectors across the UK and Ireland. PSL also has an ‘Own Brand Division’ which has four brands including bbold. This role will be dedicated to PSL Own Brand.
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven sales executive to support the growth of our own brand division across retail and distribution partners. Working closely alongside the National Account Manager, this role will manage key customer relationships, drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure excellent execution across wholesale, retail and distribution channel.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident of communicating with customers, retailers and internal teams. Having experience within the beauty, cosmetics, tanning, skincare, or FMCG would be an advantage in this fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and account support
* Manage and develop relationships with key retail accounts
* Work closely with the National Account Manager to deliver sales targets, company strategic objectives and KPIs
* Process orders and customer enquiries accurately and efficiently
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records within CRM systems and spreadsheets
* Support account planning, forecasting, and promotional activity
* Identify opportunities to grow distribution, sales, and brand visibility
* Support NAM with regular customer meetings and business reviews
* Coordinate product launches and promotional calendars with customers
* Analyse sales data, performance trends, and market activity
* Work cross-functionally collaborating effectively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
* Ensure accurate pricing and account administration
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends within the beauty sector
* Attend trade shows, retailer meetings, and industry events where required
Customer communication and admin support
* Function as first point of contact for account queries and day to day retailer support for your customers.
* Follow up on orders, deliveries, product issues, and POS
* Support with weekly/monthly sales performance reports
* Assist within invoice queries and sales documentation
* Maintain organised digital files
* Support execution of retailer promotions and marketing campaigns
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales and admin support within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, tanning, or FMCG preferable
* Experience managing retail or distributor accounts
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Commercially aware with strong analytical ability
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised with multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a sales team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with Irish pharmacies, online beauty accounts, or distributors
* Knowledge of promotional planning and retail sales cycles
* Experience within a beauty brand
